Pricey , limited stock available , items not priced . Staff not very cluey but generally pretty helpful . Needs a ,management overhaul or massive change in structure/attitude so it can be run to its potential which at the moment it's no where near that. Could easily be run out of business if someone else came in and set up a shop so come on guys get it together so that doesn't happen

Save yourself and just order from Bunnings, all for supporting locals but not 5 times the mark up value that it is way beyond excessive. Bunnings doesn’t cost anymore than $100 for freight for large items.

Dusty dirty store that hardly stocks anything decent. The garden centre is a joke, we bought astro turf after waiting to be served for ages . No prices Ando E of the worst stores we have been in looks like a rubbish tip.

The shop has great hours and is open 7 days a week. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Some things are expensive but I envisage this is due to transportation costs from Perth more than 2000km south

Advertised 8.5kg swap gas bottle as cheapest in town at $29.95. Had to pay $33 and was told price went up a month ago. Dishonest

Unfortunately if you want anything decent, given any professional advice or not be totally ripped off then don’t shop here, It’s a joke. Get a trailer and do a run into Karratha mitre 10….. Half the price and they can actually help you.

Arrived at 7 (the opening time as the website advertised) and it didn't open until 9. Many others arrived between 7 and 9 only to leave in frustration as the later opening hour had clearly not been advertised. Funny layout and prices seem more expensive than what they should be. I would suggest that the vacant lot opposite this establishment (at present filled with cars waiting for the hardware shop to open) would be the perfect location for a Bunnings.

Went there today to purchase a few garden things, stood around for 10mins before approaching someone to get a price and maybe get a trolley.... no trolleys in sight. Wanted a price on an item, couldn't find the price tag only for us to take it to the front counter to get scanned, only for us to take the item back. No one around to help with simple questions. Customer service is -10, maybe they should just close up shop since there's hardly anything there and maybe get Bunnings!
