Trevors Carpets

We have just had carpet laid in our games room. Carlo did a great job organising the job. We had a pretty tight schedule to work to and the job had a challenge, we needed a raised moveable platform carpeted as well. We were fully informed throughout the process and the job was done on time. Kim (carpet installer) did a truly amazing job. He called us to confirm the booking prior to arriving. He did such a great job. Very pleased with the carpet and how it was laid. He has great attention to detail. We really appreciated his efforts. We have another 4 rooms to do, so will definitely bring going back to Trevor’s.

Charlie showed me a nice variety of carpets and explained all the features. He has shown expertise and understanding in his recommendations. I am very pleased with the new carpets. Installers were very professional and efficient too. I will be back for more work.

My carpets were laid last Friday. I'm delighted with how they look. The service I had from Kate in Joondalup was amazing. She spent so much time advising me on the right one for my home. I felt very comfortable with her professional approach.

Overall excellent service and quality product. The measure and quote was efficient and professional. I was reminded of the booking for installation in a professional and kind manner. Installers were on time and did a great job. Trevor's carpet then checked on satisfaction with installation before charging the final installment. Can not recommend highly enough.

I paid for my flooring deposit in early March and was told paying for the deposit would hold the currently available stock in the warehouse. An install date was booked for May 13. I received a call in late April to let me know the ship my vinyl was on was delayed…news to me given I was told the stock was in the warehouse. Apparently said stock was oversold. At this time I rebooked my vinyl for a week later on the 19th. I was called yesterday to be told that my vinyl was actually not on the ship and at this rate it may arrive in early June. I was also told that there were floorboards in stock and did I want to pop to the showroom to check out the colours. I did that this morning only to be told there’s no vinyl in stock at all. They can have some sent from over east (not yet ordered just FYI) but the installers are all booked up until June anyway. So now as a single parent I’m paying a mortgage on a house I can’t live in as there’s exposed concrete and I have a little girl who is sick with respiratory problems, as well as rent every week. Absolutely shocking customer service, no sympathy at all and excuses all around. Now what option am I left with but to continue with the install (hopefully) in early June and continue to be out of pocket.
